When you join our waitlist through the website form, we collect basic contact information such as your name and email address. You may also choose to provide an optional message. If you become a member of Vellvé, additional health and payment information may be collected as part of providing your care.
We use the information you provide to communicate with you about Vellvé, including updates about our opening, services, and membership opportunities. We use Mailchimp to send email communications to waitlist subscribers. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share information only with trusted service providers necessary to operate our practice, including our HIPAA-compliant electronic health record platform, Healthie, for patient data, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality and security obligations.
